You are cordially invited to attend the Campaign Kickoff & Fundraiser for Sally Fullmer, who is running for the open Director seat on the District 81 Schoool Board (a non-partisan position). The event will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 6th at the Sidebar & Grill, 1011 W Broadway in Spokane.

I have known Sally for several years, and she is the ideal candidate for the school board! She is a Spokane native who believes that Spokane Public Schools need new leadership, less bureaucracy and better results. In fact, you can find out more about her by visiting her website: Sally Fullmer for School Board

Sally is a Spokane native who graduated from Lewis and Clark High School. She and her husband Kurt have been married 32 years, have two children who graduated from Spokane Public Schools, who also graduated from college and have both since married.  One grandchild is on the way!  Their youngest son started in Kindergarten in Spokane Public Schools and is now a Junior in high school.Sally's degrees from Seattle Pacific University are in Elementary Education, Music Education K-12 and Piano Pedagogy. Years of classroom experience in Seattle, Omaha and Papua New Guinea, combined with five years of homeschooling her two oldest children, give her insight into the viewpoint of the wide variety of students and parents that the Spokane Public Schools serve.

Sally has been a volunteer in the SPS at all levels, in the classroom, music activities and sports. She is a professional musician, teaching and performing in the area.

She currently serves as the Chair of the Comstock Neighborhood Council and is an active
member of Neighbors4Neighborhoods and the Hart Field Preservation Organization.Sally is a Spokane native who graduated from Lewis and Clark High School.
